With the cold mornings coming in a quick to prepare warm breakfast will keep you going till lunchtime, This Breakfast recipe is quick and easy to make with minimal ingredients involved and tastes amazing.


2 Slices of Brown Bread Lightly Buttered.
6 Strawberries Sliced.
Teaspoon of Olive Oil.
2 Small Eggs.
I Banana.
1/4 Teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon.

In a Blender add in your two Eggs, Banana and Cinnamon and blitz for 20 Seconds.
In a Flat tray place in your mixture.
Add Strawberries to your bread as if you are making a sandwich and completely cover with the egg mixture until saturated through.

Pop the Olive Oil on a high heat in your frying pan.

When the pan is hot enough pop the eggy bread in the pan and cook until golden brown in colour on both sides and don't forget to turn the bread onto its side and cook that.

When cooked pop onto your plate and cut in half,
The fruit will turn to a warm jam like consistancy, This is a great healthy snack.
Serve with some Natural Yogurt (optional)
