If you have never tried Overnight Oats you are definately in for a real treat with this recipe.
Really easy and quick to prepare.
So handy for Breakfast, I make this a couple of Days a Week, just get it from the fridge grab a spoon and go....
1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
1/2 Cup Fresh Berries
1 Cup Almond Milk
1 Tsp Chia Seeds
2 Tsp Maple Syrup
1/4 Cup Cinnamon
All you have to do is combine all the ingredients in a mason jar or bowl then cover and Refridgerate overnight.
Enjoy Cold the next morning and top with more fresh fruit if you like.
